Education

Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone & Lehman has been representing the interests of educational institutions, both public and private, for over 25 years. Our Education Department offers superior services to educational institutions in litigated actions, as well as in arbitrated and mediated matters. The department also provides excellent services in administrative and human resource related issues.

The Education Department offers a variety of training opportunities for its educational clients, including educational brochures and seminars. This includes the required sexual harassment training under California Government Code section 12950.1, as well as training in a number of other areas under the Education Code, Government Code, etc. Training is specifically tailored to the needs of the individual client and can include such topics as how to avoid or prepare for litigation.

The Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone & Lehman Education Department is headed by Sue Ann Cercone, a Senior Partner in the firm. Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone & Lehman is committed to providing educational institutions with the most effective, high quality representation.
