Civil Litigation Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone & Lehman has been recognized by every major national and international trial association as outstanding litigators. Its litigation department supports all of the areas of practice offered by the firm by providing effective litigation support whenever needed. The firm's civil litigation department represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout the country including California and Washington. The firm members have litigated a diverse array of cases including, but not limited to, personal injury/wrongful death claims, environmental issues, construction defects, entertainment, corporate and business disputes, insurance claims, real estate, public entity, agriculture, employment and education related disputes. The department is chaired by Mick Marderosian who has an extensive history as a trial lawyer and who has led the firm to national recognition for its litigation skills and results.
