Michael "Mick" Marderosian
MICK MARDEROSIAN has been a civil litigator
and trial attorney for over 30 years. He has tried and litigated cases for both
plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal courts including tort, contract,
employment, civil rights, environmental law, governmental entity, entertainment, intellectual property,
music publishing and trade secret related cases. He is a distinguished member of
the American College of Trial Attorneys, The International Society of Barristers
and the American Board of Trial Advocates. In 2008 Mick was inducted into the
San Joaquin College of Law Alumni Hall of Fame,
the purpose of which is to recognize graduates who have made significant contributions
in the field in which they are practicing. Mick has also been named a "California
Super Lawyer" by Northern California Super Lawyers. He is a member of the
California, Washington State and District of Columbia (Washington DC) Bar Associations
and has been awarded the highest rating (AV) by Martindale Hubbell which is the
nation's leading attorney rating publication. Mick is a passionate, fair and ethical
advocate for his clients which include individuals, corporate and governmental
entities. In addition to his practice activities, Mick lectures actively in all
fields of Civil Litigation
and Trial Practice.
